Most orders ship within 1-6 business days from date of purchase unless otherwise noted, and arrive between 7-10 business days from date of purchase.
UPS ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states. We cannot process international orders or orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Caribbean Islands or APO/ FPO addresses.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a refund equal to the purchase price of your item less the shipping cost to return. We will deduct the shipping cost to return products to Silk Plants America before issuing a refund. All returns must be made within 15 days of date of receipt of shipment. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Silk Plants America.
